At Nithyapradha Men’s Hostel, we expect every resident to follow the guidelines below to maintain safety, hygiene, and peaceful living. These rules help create a friendly and respectful community where everyone feels secure and cared for.

1. Prohibited Substances & Activities

Residents must not possess or use alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or any banned substances.
Moreover, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the hostel.
Anyone who violates this rule will face immediate disciplinary action.

2. Resident Responsibility

Each resident should maintain discipline and treat fellow residents and staff with courtesy.
If someone creates disturbances or behaves inappropriately, the management will take strict action.

3. Health & Legal Disclaimer

Residents are responsible for their own health and conduct.
The hostel does not take responsibility for injuries, health problems, or legal issues caused by individual actions.

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

We encourage everyone to keep rooms, toilets, and common areas clean at all times.
Additionally, residents must place footwear in the provided shoe racks and avoid entering the kitchen area.
A clean environment ensures comfort for all.

5. Food & Dining

We serve fresh, home-style meals at fixed timings every day.
Breakfast does not include rice.
Furthermore, we request everyone to avoid food wastage and keep the dining area tidy.

6. Room & Security

Residents should always lock their rooms before leaving.
Keep valuables inside lockers for safety.
Since everyone shares responsibility for security, please stay alert and report anything unusual.

7. Visitors & Guests

Visitors are not allowed inside the hostel building.
However, residents can meet them outside in the designated area.

8. Parking Rules

Residents may park their two-wheelers only in the marked parking zone.
Although we maintain a safe space, the hostel cannot be held responsible for vehicle theft or damage.

9. Deliveries

All parcels and food orders must be collected from the hostel office.
In addition, delivery personnel are not permitted inside the building.

10. Electrical & Fire Safety

Please report electrical faults or damages to the warden immediately.
If an accident occurs due to negligence, the responsible resident must cover the cost of repair.
Regular checks help us keep everyone safe.

11. Sharp Objects & Weapons

Do not keep or carry sharp objects, weapons, or any harmful tools.
Such items are strictly banned to protect everyone’s safety.

12. Rent & Payment Policy

All residents must pay rent before the 10th of every month.
Late payments will attract a ₹150 fine per day.
Consistent non-payment may result in cancellation of accommodation.

13. General Discipline

Residents should avoid personal or financial dealings with hostel staff.
For any issues or assistance, please contact the hostel management through official channels.
This ensures transparency and smooth communication.
